during confinment i am not allow to bath,but my hair scalp is itchy and i feel uncomfortable,anything thing can help?

actually u can still bath. I am also doing my confinement. Just use the chinese herbs. You may check with those chinese shops at neighbourhood. I also wash my hair like once a week.

You can bathe. I bathed twice a day during my confinement cos my house faces west and I gave birth in July, plus I'm breastfeeding. The main thing is not to get chilled, so bathe only during daylight hours with hot water and blow your hair really dry afterwards. My confinement nanny said it was ok too.

And I get my ME time in the shower. it's so nice to have pamper time when I'm at the beck and call of a baby
