I can share you Dr.Tho price list for Year 2019 for references, and I having my 2nd baby right now, according to the nurse, there is about $100-150 increment based on following price :
Normal Delivery : $ 2700 (excluded GST)
Vacuum: $3300 (excluded GST)
Caesarean Section : $4200 (excluded GST)
