Just had covid 2 weeks ago and I was 6 weeks pregnant. My symptoms was very bad, I had diarrhoea abdominal cramp and vomiting. On top of fever which lasted more than a week. At first thought it was morning sickness until I tested positive. Was a struggle cos I can’t eat a lot of meds but I was dying ahahaha. The teleconsultation doctor consulted me on the 4th day and last day of isolation. She said it is fine to have abdominal cramps as long as there is no spotting or bleeding. Eventually felt better after 7 days, the only medicine I ate was promethazine for my cough and vomiting and honey lemon for my throat.
