Confinement lady - Stay in or day only?

Trying to decide which is better. First time mom and not sure if necessary to have confinement lady stay over at night. Any experienced mummy can share? I will be breastfeeding exclusively. Any experienced mummy can share how helpful is having a CL at night?

Yes, it helps alot!! CL can look after bb at nite while u rest n express milk.
