i bought a Plus!BigDeal voucher for prenatal massage at Bodyworks. When I called to make appointment, I asked whether it was ok to do prenantal massage at 18+ weeks and was told it's ok.
When I went at the appointed time, the staff told me 'didn't they tell you it's better to wait till 20 weeks before doing massage?' I told her I did check and was told it was ok. Then she said 'oh if it's ok with you, then ok' - What the..?!? So they don't care la, since it's my baby anyway.
Then she asked me whether i could wait half an hour, as they had actually put me on standby and could not find any therapist for me. But there was no mention of this when i made the appointment!
i chose to leave as i didn't want to waste my time there, especially since i was already feeling very upset. Still haven't decided to go back at all to use my voucher.. which cost me $68! : (
