i remember seeing a pushcart in suntec which embroid names on towels.. but not very sure if its still ard. U can try ur luck there. Think its at level 2.

u can http://www.hecatekids.com.sg they do embroidery and is pretty flexible on where to embroider on. you can give them your item or choose an item from the shop for them to embroider but you have to email them.
