HI! I have a pair of twins, so u can imagine how much tear I have as compared to other mummies. Diastasis recti can be solved at home.
1. Bind your tummy for as long as you can
2. suck it in! Do sucking in (as hard as possible) exercises as often as u can to strengthen the tummy muscles.
3. Don't do sit ups, as the muscles will tear even more.
