Hi all,

Just wander share my experience with Wendy @ 84895400 (I got her contact from this thread).

Called her and spoken with her and find out more with regards to her services. (can said first impression gave me is a nice auntie, willing to ans your queries).

So decided to give it a try of trying her out before committing for once every week. When the day she is suppose to come to my place for the cleaning; nearer to the time for her to come, she MIA (call and sms can't get her).. she only reply my msg 5hrs later and tell me that last min she got some urgent matter to attend at home and apologize to me. (she should have drop me a msg or at least inform me so that i don't need to wait for her at home).

I thought maybe really she got urgent matter need to attend too; so i arranged with her for another cleaning date and time.

One day before the actual cleaning day, i msg her to confirm and even highlight to her that my husband had took leave for that day for the cleaning (as she said she can only make it on weekday, weekend full all the way till CNY). she confirmed with me on the time again. On that actual day, 1hr before the actual timing, i even sms her asking her whether she knows her way to my place? Her reply: not yet (that is the last msg she reply me; half an hr before our actual appointment time). After that, call her; no ans, sms her also didn't reply.. (we are so frustrated, fly us aeroplane TWICE!!)
