Any advice? Vomit 7 times a day, but no fever, diarrhea or other symptoms.

My 3 yr old vomited after his lunch on Friday afternoon. Everything he ate came out.
On Sat, he vomited about 7 times in the day and twice in the middle of the night.
I wanted to bring him to KKH A&E, but he doesnt have any other symptoms. There is no fever, no diarrhea, he is still eating, though less, and drinking milk. He was also actively running around n playing as usual. No signs of pain or weakness. But looks tired at times, but ok after 2 short afternoon naps.
On sunday, he vomited once. The vomiting has since stopped.
I have given him plain water constantly throughout the day and fed him as and when he asked for any food. He ate less than normal, but woke up 2x for milk last night.

Should I still be concerned now? Wat could be the cause? If it's stomach flu, there shld be fever right? And if food poisoning, there could be diarrhea. But in his case, only vomit...

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. Brought him to the PD yesterday. PD said it's just a mild case of stomach flu. No medication for the stomach flu given. Just the anti nausea medicine and some colimix for the wind in stomach. He said my son could hv gotten the virus fr anywhere especially if he goes to nursery.
