My baby is 3 weeks old and keep crying loudly non stop.. Has fed him, change diapers but he still cry..
Anyone can advise what happen?

there could be many reasons why he cries.

One possible reason could be that he has colic. Try burping him after every feed. then allow him to be reclined for 10 min before putting him to lie on his back. Are you breastfeeding or giving fm? If breastfeeding, you may want to reduce taking food that can cause colic like beans, chocolate, cow's milk etc

Another possible reason is growth spurt. The magic numbers are 3, 6, 9. So, week 3, 6, 9, mth 3, 6, 9 are usually the growth spurt periods where they feed more. So, if he seems hungry, feed him more milk but be careful is not colic else feeding more milk will worsen the situation

sometimes also the temperment of the child. Mayb he just want to be cuddled so just cry.

You might wanna try searching this webby www.babycenter.com really useful, had most of my questions answered.

My daughter had acid reflux a month after she was borned. We're pretty much at lost initially, thanks to that webby, we're more informed and accurate when trying to tell what our daughter is trying to tell us

Especially in the middle of the night where no PD or even GP operates.

My baby was 2weeks old when I found out he had GERD and subsequently colic. He would cry non stop after every feed and he throws up if we lay him down right after his feeds.

There are many things to look out for. How long does his cries last, does he throw up, cries the moment he is placed down, etc...

Burp your baby after every feed. Doctors might advise not to but I realize after burping mine, he feels more relax. Medication can be prescribed but I stopped his after a week and he's getting better now.

It's best if you bring baby to your pd to find out if it's GERD/reflux.

And it may be stressful when he cries for long period but hang in there baby will gradually get better after turning a month old :)
