    cocomo: what i did was to massage my breast as i use the pump...using the thumb, push in the direction of the nipples to help clear the blocked ducts. It will take some time to clear it, but this method works for me.

    edksd: i'm only taking the papaya fish soup once in awhile, but taking fish everyday. Also need to watch your intake of fluids, do make it a point to replenish as there's a lot of output

    Hi Fiona: u can try Isomil, available at most supermarket. Perhaps your baby doesn't like the taste of the formula that is given? How about mixing it with a bit of EBM?

    Mrs Chng: my gal did that too when she was younger. what u can do is spend more time burping your son, oso make sure that your son sleeps on his side and prop up his head with a pillow so that he's not sleeping flat on the bed. hope this helps!

    elaine: neogarden's not bad too. Can try, www.neogarden.com.sg my gals are now more active, sometimes they don't nap too long, which means we can't rest as well. Finally went out with them a few times, i'm so looking forward to more outings when my prams arrived!

    White_lady: it's ok to give your baby BM. In fact continue to feed your baby regularly, the jaundice should subside when the baby starts to drink more and pass motion/urine more. It helps to clear their system. What I did to my gals was also to expose them to the morning sunlight (before 10am)...

    wow...so many ppl have delivered...congrats to all the mummies! mi and the twins just got discharged from the hospital today...was admitted for chicken pox...all 3 of us...now doing ok, the spots are drying up already. wat luck....sigh...

    congrats nurbates!! here's a pic of my gals: Amelie (older) Kathlyn (younger) Still trying to get into a routine, but things are a lot better now...the gals are still having slight jaundice, so we are exposing them to sunlight in the morning...hopefully the jaundice will go down...
