JJ & ann01jan, Yeah,I guess after having first kid, we become a bit bo chap liao. For me I drink tea in the morning and 1 can of coke in the afternoon. It really helps to curb my nausea. My husband has been scolding because he worries that the sugar contain in coke maybe too high.
