Usually gynae will give calcium tablets along with prenatal vitamins for 2nd trimester. Some also recommend taking fish oil. There are also many sources of calcium other than milk/dairy. http://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/guide/calcium-vitamin-d-foods

Agree with suggestion to go TCM to heal. Also talk to dr about taking baby aspirin when pregnant as I had recurrent miscarriages but pregnancy ok when I take baby aspirin.

Panorama can be done from 9 weeks. Some prefer to do a bit later as sometimes when done to eary may nit have enough fetal serum for the test and may need to do another blood draw. But I did mine at 9 weeks and got my results. Harmony from 10 weeks onwards

Oscar is quite inaccurate with high rate of false positive. which measurement caused the risk to be high? blood test, nuchal translucency or nasal bone? Most of the time mums (like me do an amnio or harmony/panorama) and ita fine!

Pls see a doctor quickly to diagnose. Usually high fever means body is fighting an infection. While I think babies are quite resilient, mum having prolonged high fever also may not be good for baby.

KK doesn't do Panorama. They do Harmony but only after you do Oscar and have high risk results, then they will offer Harmony (non-invasive) or amnio (invasive with risk of miscarriage).

Amnio doesn't really hurt but yes, about what it feels like for a blood draw. Needle is VERY long. There is a risk of miscarriage but mine was done by a very experienced Prof John Tee at KKH so I felt assured. I only had 1 day mc (day of procedure). Yes Oscar scan also depends on baby's...
