I just visited fertility doc 2 weeks ago and was told that my best chance is via IVF at this age. and even so, it is only 5-10% probability. did my hormones and reserves blood tests (low but normal for my age of 45) and HSG (unblocked) already, . Still very undecided on what to do next...
