Hi ladies! Just went for my first appt yest. Saw baby's heart blinking and it brought me to tears. However doc also discovered a 5cm cyst on my right side but he said it's quite normal and some will go off itself after awhile. I really hope nth will happen!

hi everyone! first time mum-to-be here. just tested positive over the weekend. have yet to decide on a gynae though. i have no symptoms at all which sometimes makes me feel like I'm not preg and got me worried and thinking, anyone else the same too?
