Lovexuan: Gina ford recommends baby be in a blackout room during the day. Wonder whether to get blackout curtains. I'd have to get new curtain rods though.. Hmm.. Haru: please include me for meet up on 4 June. I'm using my phone so a little hard to update list at the moment.

Hi mummies, My no 1 also slept through the night. No 2 sleeps like clockwork at 7.30 and wakes up for one feed at 2.30. I've tried waking her up at 11 for a feed ( so I can sleep through) but she wont have it. I don't know if it helps but I give her her 7.30 feed in the dark and put her down...

My little one is still rejecting the bottle. Next step in project bottle is to change the bottle. I was using Tommie tippee that worked well with my elder one. I went out and got a nuk bottle today. Wish us luck! Pink bunny- niagara falls is a good description! It just pours out all of a...

hi mummies, have posted in awhile and have just been catching up on all the posts. For those of you that have been for your 6 week assessment, what did the doctor check for and what vaccines did the doctor give? How much should baby weigh at this stage? I seem to be having powerful letdown...

Hey, just wondering what your breastfeeding syle is? Do you latch directly or express and bottle feed or a mix of the 2. For no.1, I did direct latching for 6 months. This time round, there seem to be too many demands. I feel it may be easier to express and bottle feed but feel a little...

Wow, the thread's been moving really fast. Congrats to all the mums who have popped! For mummies who express, do you bottle feed your baby? I was told to syringe feed to top up but baby refuses. So tempted to put her on the bottle for some of her feeds. She also tends to sleep for long...

Larson/piggy mum, both my kids were in the OP Position. I delivered naturally with vacuum. The pushing takes longer than normal delivery but with epidural it was manageable. Don't stress too much.

100 ml at this stage is very good isn't it? How much are we supposed to be producing?

Congrats to all the mummies who have popped in the last week. Lovexuan, pat pat. I know the feeling. With my 1st one I stayed in the hospital with baby while he underwent phototherapy. It was the best thing in retrospect because the nurses were on hand to help with the latching and feeding...

Hi again! I delivered my princess on 31 march. She weighed 3.725 kg. Doctor and I were really shocked co's I didn't put on as much weight as first pregnancy and my first one was only 2.97kg. Baby wants to feed all the time! It's only day 2 and I'm doing hour long feeds and she suckles furiously...
