    Pearl barley causes phlegm?

Hi mommies, Mil just gave me a can of Ayam brand pearl barley for my 10 month old boy. I heard that it causes phlegm. However, my mil said the China type barley is too cooling. Any mommies can share which type of barley you feed to baby? Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Hi mommies, I'm wondering where to buy fresh uncooked whitebait, which is not salted like the ones sold at supermarkets. I've checked various sites and so far the mommies only said they got it from wet market, but didn't say which ones. Any mommies here can help? I live in Punggol region. Thanks...
