Any private investigator to recommended?

Dear All,

I noticed that there were quite some negative comments about Covert.
I'm not here to promote them but just to clarify their service.
I've recently used their service and within 3 days I was informed by them that they have got the evidence I need and require.
I never expected them to get the job done so fast.
Covert boss, Dennis is a nice and helpful guy.
I'm quite pleased with their service as they did a good and excellent job to get me the evidence I need.

I need help so I will first elaborate my problem.
A week ago I met this guy in a club in Singapore. Well, I do not know his name, we weren't properly introduced, but we were talking and dancing almost all night. I had to leave because of my friend before he came back so we never exchanged any kind of contact. I would really like to get in touch with him.
So so far all I know is where is he from, what kind of business is he in, when he came to Singapore and of course age and how he looks.
I am wondering does any of you have any idea is it possible for PI to find him based only on this and if yes could you recommend one.

I too have noticed that there are quite some untrue comments about Covert. Am also not here to advertise for them but just to clarify their services. I've recently engage their services on behalf of my brother and during the whole process when we thought that things is not favourable to my brother on those few days and then throughout cautious planning and cooperation together with Dennis then finally I was informed by them that they have got the evidences we need and require. I never expected them to get the job done so swiftly and efficiently. Covert boss, Dennis is a nice and helpful guy who go over the mile to help us out through the whole process and procedure of how to proceed for final documents of the divorce for my brother. We are very pleased with their services as they did a marvellous and excellent job to get us the evidences that we needed. For those who didn't get what they have expected to acquire from them, place don't tarnish and spread untrue comments as it maybe cause due to wrong planning and timing. Do belief that Covert Boss, Dennis is truly a nice good guy and he deserve some good merits and a good applause for him and his team of guys of a job well done.
 
i am not accusing anyone or against anyone, but suddenly two straight new member suddenly sing good praise of a company, and saying others passing untrue comment. How would they know.

Although say not advertising but indirectly but claims other are giving untrue comment. But all the words saying how good the company is as if like their own company

especially Athena73 just registered today and the first message is saying good about a Pi company, very highly suspicious motive to come in to say all good points of the company.

Hereby I wanna clarify that I am not a fake or makeup person of the agent that was mention in my previous comment and I am kinda pissed off by your unreasonable remarks and falsely accusation directed to me. You need to get the facts right before you comment anyone that make their comments in here for some agent that the true facts is I really did engage their services to help my brother out and I was also involved to co-operate with them and that's how we can manage to acquired the evidences that my brother and I have set out to gain in the 1st place when we decided to engage their help.

Firstly, before I get to know about them is through the comments that I have read in here when I was actually browsing for a reliable PI contacts and that's why in the first place I didn't register myself while I was browsing is cause my main intention is to find a helpful n reliable and a willing PI that can pay in instalment to source for evidences for my brother. it was by chance that I did read up few good comments about them and also they give a good alternative instalment plan for my brother and that's how I decided to call them up for help and before calling them I did go thru a few others too which I don't really have much faith in them as their proposal was not favourable to us.

Upon engaging their services, we get the evidences of what my brother and i was set out to gain and it proven that they are not as what some comments was make to them before as I have co-operate with them through out the whole process. whereas, the most important part is that they really did help us through the whole procedure to what my brother should do next after he have gain the evidences as he have never encounter such issues and was at a lost. They really have given him a great help and that's why when everything was arranged and obtain what my brother needed then that's when I feel I have a need to come in here to comment for their good works well done and before i can give out my comments I realise that I need to register and so that's when I register and give out my comments on the very same day itself and I don't foreseen it as any wrong to do so and I don't appreciate you to said such harsh and falsely accuse remarks to me. As was mention by you in your comments, you strongly clarify that you are not accusing or against anyone but seem to me that you are in facts accusing n against me as in your intention you think I was a fake or makeup person and so I am here again to make things clear to you which is that if you wanna accuse or against someone especially someone like me to register and make comments on the same day itself, PLEASE FIND OUT IF WHAT I SAY WAS TRUE OR AM I LYING THEN YOU SHOOT YOUR UNKIND REMARKS AT ME.

I recently learned that I have a half brother being adopted by a Singaporean Couple over 60 years ago. I need a good PI who's experienced in tracing people and knowing how Singapore was run that many years ago. Could someone recommend me a good PI?

After spending so much time reading this thread, I don't want Kokusai, Covert and SK investigation even if you have good experience with them. Thanks a lot.
 
My sincere caution to all forum users looking for private investigators. The 3 main investigators that i strongly advise not to use are: Kokusai, SK investigations and SG (who recently change his company to www.intlpi.com (International Investigators Pte Ltd).

The worst is Kokusai which has a bad reputation since the 80s and it was then i realise by reading through the forum that a member Dilys Poon posted the following on April 15 2013 of which i totally agree. I am going to re attached what was posted so that mummys dont have to go through the bad experiences. My SINCERE advice is, when you speak to any private investigators, judge them how they talk, you be surprised...

Tort is indeed a very interesting part of law that had banished many sleepy yawns and got many of us lazybones stitting uo in class and regaling over exciting and some hilarious casenotes. The law of tort is indeed very pervasive in our daily lives.

Well, was there anyone in earlier threads who was complaining about PI firm SK security and investigation svs? I never paid much attention to if they had a bad review or good, but I reckon such cut paste posts are either intended as a "warning" salvo, or perhaps an "enlightenment" injection that we can learn plenty from?

Some didnt get their money back and some had a paid for work done with no pictures. i wonder if SK has so much to write and yet i havent even heard from them after much waiting. Not reliable and too many people that had bad experience. i was a victim of SK investigations and i will voice out what happen. Sometime last year i had a problem with my husband and was searching on the internet for a pi firm. When i spoke to lawrence of SK on the phone. he assured me of my case and told me it would cost $xxxx of money and inform me that i have to go down to his office at Geylang to sign the contract and make payment. This is my first time and he told me that it was the procedure. After going down to his office and hearing me again, he then told me a different amount which was 3x more than what he told me on the phone... at my wits end and he told me he was the best and recommended by lawyers and all the pass stories of cases he had done and so i committed. After a week, i called him up and he told me that my husband was not seen and alot of excuses he told me and told me by the end of the 2nd week he would get back to me. At the end of the 2nd week, i called him up and more excuses he gave me... i repeated tried calling again and he avoid my calls and even when i use private number to call him. i went down to his office to look for him and there was no report or photos and all he did was verbally tell me what happen! Angrily i shouted at him and he warn me that he could sue me and i had signed a contract with him. HOW COULD LAWRENCE do such a thing.. mummies out there. please becareful. he squeezed me to my last dollar and i am not earning much. This is so unfair of SK Investigations. i should have read this forum before i engaged a pi. Mummies please be wary of SK

And i did some research and he claim to have some super force in him which the evidence will come to him at the end of the day. There is alot of funny things on his website. thanks for all your information and it is very helpful for people who wish to engage a private investigator. i have not heard about SK.Investigations but i do hear a lot about Kokusai investigator. in one of his article, he wrote that he got supernatural powers since young and every time he loses his target, on the last day the target will appear in-front of him. His style of operation is to collect money from as many clients as possible and wait for calls from clients to see where is the target it and he will go down and follow for 1 or 2 hours and move to another target of another client. He will then blamed the client that client alerted the target or the target is not there and give a-lot of lame excuses. He has no investigation staff except his daughter Kate (just graduated from poly) or his security guards or himself to do the case.

As for International Investigators , i don't read much about them until you mentioned that he is formally from SG Investigators who just change the company name and that his name is James Loh who used to work for Kokusai for a few months. Before he joined kokusai, he was a Yellowpage salesman with no investigation background. He is a joker, why would someone change his company name if they are reputable or can be trusted. Both companies ARE OF the SAME breed.

To this, forum users do this please be-careful of such investigators in the market.

Problem is, how can a private investigator inflitrate an army camp to catch them together? Pretty wasted money if they conduct their affair in camp only right?

Please advice. I am all ears. I have trusted my instincts before and it has never let me down. This isn't his first time, but I managed to nip it in the bud before. Now he got clever.

Hi, I dont think they can do anything inside a army camp. There are guards and people around. Moreover, Army don't tolerate their staff having affair.

I before they will do their things outside.
 
Anyone can recommend a PI to me. I followed my wife and found that she went to hotel with a man. I waited outside the hotel and when she came out from the hotel back door, I confronted her. Now I am seeking for divorce, I need the video footage from hotel, please advise how I can do that.

yes, you should talk to a PI. My brother had this experience before and i have help him source for a PI. Thank goodness my brother's case is fully over and been smooth sailing in the divorce proceeding. Thanks to the PI he engaged. You can PM me for the PI's contact. Hope you are well.......

This kind of dubious character must expose them. I don't think they have a company also.

little rascal, i would prefer mummies who have used the services before and recommend the service.
is he licensed? does he have a company.

Anyway, after digging the facebook page of the social escort is still there. the name is Deeply Desired Premier escort service.

I also found out the person claim to be Richard Lim, he doesn't have a company and is not licensed. He claims to be from PI Freelance Group.

bluebur, so scary.. lucky u did yr homework lor. my fren is licensed with registered co and formerly spf. i did recommend to 1 member from this thread to tis fren (veri sorry that i unable to disclose to u whom he was) 2 weeks ago and his case is closed. i did receive a 'thank you' mail from the member... seems satisfied. as I knw every case is kept confidential, tat y I nv ask abt the progress. if you need his co. and wanna to do a check out and email me.

hmmm... the last time i spoke to them they seems quite ok. however, i cant comment though as i did not use them. r u helping someone to source for pi? what kind of investigstion work would u require? i understand that certain pi are good in certain field. maybe i can help?

Lucky, one of the mummy here introduce a PI she use before. The second one there were vast differences, they told me things they can and can't do. They only get me those things which can be used in court.

i also got the same thing from him. he even pm me to spout nonsense. unbelievable! how could people be so selfish and inhumane. others need help and here she is upsetting the forum. i suppose we are trying to help others so that they can have ease of mind.
i urged mommies that if you need help to find a reliable pi. call as many and discuss with them. find one that u think os reliable and engage him. we can only refer, the rest is still up to you. god bless....

Some even deliberately 要challenge老师。They will appeared on the thread where I participated and gave opposite opinions. Horrible.

I have also received the message asking for contact of Private Investigator. his motive is very clear. Pretend to ask for recommendation then say he have a good Private Investigator to recommend. Will be good to find out who is the Private Investigator he recommending and boycott the Private Investigator.

seeking your opinion.
as according to my brother's case. initially the pi we engaged advise us to settle the the issue internally that is to discuss with my sil on the divorce matter and her adultery as it is quite onvious. she actually mention to my brother that she is seeing someone. its only that she is unrepentent and my brother needed the evidence to proceed with divorce that our pi then willing to conduct the investigation for us.

now, may i ask your opinion, is pi always necessary for getting evidence? when then one should seriously think of engaging a pi?

I believe evidence is need on a few instances as explained by my Private Investigator.
1) if one party doesn't want a divorce, n she/he is having affair, hence need evidence to proceed with the divorce.
2) used it as a back up in case what was agree didn't go go through.
3) used it as a bargaining/ negotiate 'chips', to ask for better terms.
4) used it for future uses for the children to show who was the one breaking the marriage.
