Also, Jen from the Meow forum is very helpful and spot-on with foundation shade recommendations. She matched me to Frisky Abysinnian & Frisky Chartreux, and it was quite accurate.I love the matte, natural, uncakey coverage.Funny how something so sheer can have such unbelievable finish and coverage.

If this is any helpful to mums out there who are contemplating their shades, these are my foundie matches:
- EDM Olive Fair (matte)
- EDM Golden Fair (matte)
- Meow Frisky Chartreux/Frisky Abysinnian (when my skin has rosacea, i use Abys to even out the red tones. when on normal days,the Chartreux)
- Fyrinnae Superpower in Citrine (discontinued)
- MAC NC20
Tuffy, maybe we can start a thread to add on other brands shade matches so we can hv a rough gauge to the depth and undertone of Meow's foundie shades (on an Asian context) - easier for mummies to narrow down their choices and not left with a whole bunch of unused samples:p Cos the feline monikers/references can be a tad confusing for novices haha!

I find that EDM doesn't suit me - turns orange and looks powdery. Not sure what I have done with the earlier samples. Can't do any table leh cos I only use meow now. |

I also only use Meow now after discovering their Pampered Puss formula. EDM oxidizes on me too-and turns patchy and pools at oily areas..yikes. I thought EDM was a close match but Meow turned out even better.My only gripe is Meow's shipping.Fyrinnae ships free(even internationally) for orders above USD20.
Quick mummies..lets pool ur orders so that we can all enjoy lower shipping! |

much depends on your undertones. The description in meow is pretty accurate. I use frisky chartreux and I am a little on the tanned side with yellow undertones. You can also email them with a picture of yourself taken in normal daylight and they can advise. If in doubt, can get different samples to try first.
I got munchkin and it lasts forever... but also depends on how much you use lah.
their blushers are quite wearable - can try the masterpiece series or firefly (if you like more sparkle) |
