Thanks for keeping me informed about your pre-orders. Yes - I am still keen in ordering the playmat
However, would like to check the LG Multi-purpose mat - Rythm mat. I saw that this is suitable for the bathroom. A couple of qnes: -
(1) How do I maintain the cleaniness of the mat? Just wiping it with a cloth
(2) Is the material durable enough to withstand wetness (given that it is place in the bathroom)
(3) Would the material be easily 'peel off'? Because I am assuming that this is made of rubber, so with continuous exposure to water, would it be easily subject to wear and tear?

For the LG Multi-purpose mats, material is the same as the LG baby playmats. The main differences will be on the designs and the size. The size for the LG MPM is much smaller.
Cleaning:
Before using the MPM or playmat, air and wipe the MPM or playmat with a soft clean cloth with water and a few drops of baby cleaner (those made of vegetable & fruits and used to clean baby bottles are recommended). Subsequently, you can just use soft clean cloth with water.
Things to note:
-- do not use strong detergent or chemical cleaners to clean the MPM or playmat.
-- do not leave heavy furniture permanently on the MPM or playmat as it will create a permanent dent on the MPM or playmat.
-- do not leave the MPM or playmat under direct sunlight for long periods of time.
-- it is recommended to regularly flip the MPM or playmat to the other side every 2-3 days.
Yes, the material is durable enough to withstand wetness. However, it is always recommended to wipe dry the MPM since the material is PVC and does not absorb the water.
Not exactly sure what do you mean by the material "peeling off". I have personally used the MPM in my bathrooms for more than 2 years and the condition of the MPM is still good.

The Prime range is the series of baby playmat developed by LG. It comes in different sizes and thicknesses. It has been scientifically proven safe and is also an environment-friendlymat. Do you have any designs of Pororo in stock? If so, how much is it? thanks
I saw your post to Caren Wong previously about the individual warranty. Can I just clarify? I bought a LG Prime mat before and with it, came a piece of paper that had a picture of the SGS testing certificate, I believe but it is not an individual warranty in so far as it does not have a serial number code for each mat that is linked to a warranty.
I believe the warranty is not the same as the non toxic test result, correct me if I'm wrong. I saw another brand mat had a warranty code serial number for each individual mat and that referred to warranty against defects, etc. This is not the same as non-toxic certification, based on what I can see on the piece of paper that came with my LG Prime mat.
Is that correct? Do let me know about the Pororo designs you have. thanks |
