to all mummies
i have been puchasing this item for my hubby's itchy & smelly feet for quite some time. after starting using this, he never for once to miss out putting the powder in his socks & shoes, cos it really kills the itchiness & smell. u can never get the same 'cure' that those sells in off shelf items. |

Thank you for the great testimonial and Glad that you have received your OdorPurge.
Remember to:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into the shoe that you are going to wear. No need to apply to feet, toes or inside socks. If you experience wetness or dryness in feet, reduce the amount you sprinkle.
2) Wear the shoe. Your body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 - 14 days, you will find that the shoe & feet are odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.

Hi Jessie,
Glad that you have received your OdorPurge.
Remember to:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into the shoe that you are going to wear. No need to apply to feet, toes or inside socks. If you experience wetness or dryness in feet, reduce the amount you sprinkle.
2) Wear the shoe. Your body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 - 14 days, you will find that the shoe & feet are odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.

Hi i would like to leave a feedback too:
I bought this bottle beginning of this year and used it for like 10day in a row and the smelliness of my feet was gone. I stop using it completely and the smelliness didn't come back for like 4-5 months. Than I just start the process over again. I am still left with like 3/4 of the powder as of today. I have tried other powder before but they were not effective.
The only donwside of this powder is that when i take off my shoes at the end of the day and walked around my house, I still have the powdery feel on my feet- maybe i sprinkle too much.
However, I am more than happy to bear with the powdery feel as the result is really amazing and it really works for me.

Qns: Is there any expiry date?
Ans: There's is no expiry date for OdorPurge. However, it must be store in cool and dry condition.
Qns: Is the powder fragrance free?
Ans: Yes, its fragrance free.
Qns: How about wearing sandals?
Ans: It can be sprinkle into both shoes and sandals. Just sprinkle into your sandals evenly before wearing.
Qns: Is the powder safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women to use?
Ans: Yes. OdorPurge is safe for Both Pregnant and Breastfeeding Mothers.
Qns: How about children under 3 years old?
Ans: Its very often for children to have smelly foot after wearing shoes. OdorPurge will definitely help. Just sprinkle evenly into his shoe before wearing. We recommend you to put on socks as children's skin is delicate.
Qns: Would feet feel powdery after removing his shoes/sandals?
Ans: The body temperature in our feet will melt the powder and the amount is of only a few shakes of OdorPurge so it shouldn’t feel too powdery.
Qns: How much of this powder should we sprinkle?
Ans: The amount is subjective depending on how sever is the sweatiness.
For a good guide: Just 2 shake of OdorPurge into the shoe before wearing.
I have customer who just needs only 1 shake of OdorPurge each day while another one with severe sweaty feet sprinkle about 2 shakes 4 times a day. Pls adjust according to get the most comfort level of dryness.
The key point is as the powder takes its effect (feet being less sticky, sweaty and smelly), you may continue to use by sprinkle slightly lesser or stop till smells come back. Alternatively, put on a sock or stocking to increase the comfort level.
Qns: Can OdorPurge be used for people who is having Foot Rot?
Ans: OdorPurge is use to eliminate smell in feet and it is not meant to cure foot rot. Foot Rot is generally caused by fungal infections. It’s important to keep foot clean, exposed and dry. If the condition is serious, pls consult a skin specialist. However, we do have customers who suffer foot rot but are using OdorPurge to eliminate foot smell. It works for them.
Qns: I just received my OdorPurge, could you advise the usage again?
Ans:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into the shoe that you are going to wear. No need to apply to feet, toes or inside socks.
2) Wear the shoe. Your body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 - 14 days, you will find that the shoe & feet are odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.
Qns: If I change shoes every now and then, what should I do?
Ans: For example, you have Shoe A, B, C & D.
Day 1 (Wearing shoe A): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe A before wearing.
Day 2 (Wearing shoe B): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe B before wearing.
Day 3 (Wearing shoe C in the morning & shoe D for the night): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe C before wearing it in the morning. At night, sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe D before wearing.
Conclusion:
1) Just sprinkle in the shoe before wearing regardless if it’s the same shoe or not.
2) After 7 – 14 days, you will find that the feet are no longer smelly.
Qns: How to use OdorPurge to get rid of shoe's smell?
Ans: OdorPurge takes effect when its melt. So to get rid of shoe's smell, follow the below steps:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into Shoe.
2) Wear the shoe and the body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 days, you will find that the shoe is odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.
Qns: I have started using OdorPurge, its helps to eliminate smell but why does it feel sticky and wet?
Ans: The body temperature in your feet will melt the powder and the active ingredients in the powder will helps to kill bacteria and keep the feet odor-free. However with too much OdorPurge sprinkled into your shoe or if one has severe sweaty feet, the feet might feel a bit wet and this is perfectly normal.
However, as the powder takes its effect, you may continue to use by sprinkle slightly lesser and that will result in your feet being less sticky, sweaty and smelly as the days go on.
Alternatively, put on a sock or stocking to increase the comfort level.
Qns: Can sprinkle directly on feet or inside socks? What if we don't wear the shoes everyday? Can still sprinkle the powder?
Ans: There are bacteria on the feet that are known to cause foot odor. Feet perspire naturally and produce fatty acids. In the warm damp atmosphere of the footwear, the bacteria feed off the fatty acids, multiply and give off the bad odor. The bacteria get into the footwear making the footwear smell. If you leave your footwear to dry for a few days the smell tends to go away. But when you put on the footwear, the warmth returns and so does the smell. So when you are not wearing shoes, there isn’t a need to sprinkle OdorPurge.
OdorPurge works by eliminating the bacteria that cause the smell. Sprinkle to the shoes worn daily, whether or not they are the same shoes you wear each day. The results are the same because OdorPurge works to eliminate the bacteria using the shoes as a medium. Continue to apply the powder each day for 14 days if not, until the powder is used up. It is important not to interrupt the 14 day (approx) programme, as this can dilute the effectiveness of the remedy.
Once the powder is used up, your feet and also the shoes you have worn during the treatment period will remain odor free for up to six months. If the smell come back, start the 14 days treatment again.
Just sprinkle the powder as evenly as possible throughout the shoes.
Qns: Can I use OdorPurge if I have sensitive skin? Also, if I have a cut at bottom of my foot, is OdorPurge safe for use?
Ans: If there's a cut at your feet, pls apply medication for your cut and cover it with a plaster. After sprinkle a little OdorPurge evenly into your shoe, wear a socks to avoid direct contact as the skin area may feel uncomfortable.
For Sensitive Skin, you may want to wear socks as a precaution and to increase the comfort level. Do remember, OdorPurge works well just by sprinkling it into shoes without directly applying to feet.
Kindly note that OdorPurge does not contain irritant chemicals. However, should rashes or skin inflammation arise, pls stop using and consult your doctor.
Qns: I have transferred money to the wrong account. How do I attempt to recover the funds?
Ans: First, delete the wrong payee that you had set up. Then go to the nearest branch
immediately to sign a form to recover the funds. Please provide our staff at the branch
with the following information:

Qns: Is there any expiry date?
Ans: There's is no expiry date for OdorPurge. However, it must be store in cool and dry condition.
Qns: Is the powder fragrance free?
Ans: Yes, its fragrance free.
Qns: How about wearing sandals?
Ans: It can be sprinkle into both shoes and sandals. Just sprinkle into your sandals evenly before wearing.
Qns: Is the powder safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women to use?
Ans: Yes. OdorPurge is safe for Both Pregnant and Breastfeeding Mothers.
Qns: How about children under 3 years old?
Ans: Its very often for children to have smelly foot after wearing shoes. OdorPurge will definitely help. Just sprinkle evenly into his shoe before wearing. We recommend you to put on socks as children's skin is delicate.
Qns: Would feet feel powdery after removing his shoes/sandals?
Ans: The body temperature in our feet will melt the powder and the amount is of only a few shakes of OdorPurge so it shouldn’t feel too powdery.
Qns: How much of this powder should we sprinkle?
Ans: The amount is subjective depending on how sever is the sweatiness.
For a good guide: Just 2 shake of OdorPurge into the shoe before wearing.
I have customer who just needs only 1 shake of OdorPurge each day while another one with severe sweaty feet sprinkle about 2 shakes 4 times a day. Pls adjust according to get the most comfort level of dryness.
The key point is as the powder takes its effect (feet being less sticky, sweaty and smelly), you may continue to use by sprinkle slightly lesser or stop till smells come back. Alternatively, put on a sock or stocking to increase the comfort level.
Qns: Can OdorPurge be used for people who is having Foot Rot?
Ans: OdorPurge is use to eliminate smell in feet and it is not meant to cure foot rot. Foot Rot is generally caused by fungal infections. It’s important to keep foot clean, exposed and dry. If the condition is serious, pls consult a skin specialist. However, we do have customers who suffer foot rot but are using OdorPurge to eliminate foot smell. It works for them.
Qns: I just received my OdorPurge, could you advise the usage again?
Ans:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into the shoe that you are going to wear. No need to apply to feet, toes or inside socks.
2) Wear the shoe. Your body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 - 14 days, you will find that the shoe & feet are odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.
Qns: If I change shoes every now and then, what should I do?
Ans: For example, you have Shoe A, B, C & D.
Day 1 (Wearing shoe A): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe A before wearing.
Day 2 (Wearing shoe B): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe B before wearing.
Day 3 (Wearing shoe C in the morning & shoe D for the night): Sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe C before wearing it in the morning. At night, sprinkle OdorPurge evenly into Shoe D before wearing.
Conclusion:
1) Just sprinkle in the shoe before wearing regardless if it’s the same shoe or not.
2) After 7 – 14 days, you will find that the feet are no longer smelly.
Qns: How to use OdorPurge to get rid of shoe's smell?
Ans: OdorPurge takes effect when its melt. So to get rid of shoe's smell, follow the below steps:
1) Sprinkle 2 - 3 shakes into Shoe.
2) Wear the shoe and the body temperature will melt the powder.
3) After about 7 days, you will find that the shoe is odorless.
4) Stop using until the smell comes back.
5) Repeat step 1) to 4) when the smell return.
Qns: I have started using OdorPurge, its helps to eliminate smell but why does it feel sticky and wet?
Ans: The body temperature in your feet will melt the powder and the active ingredients in the powder will helps to kill bacteria and keep the feet odor-free. However with too much OdorPurge sprinkled into your shoe or if one has severe sweaty feet, the feet might feel a bit wet and this is perfectly normal.
However, as the powder takes its effect, you may continue to use by sprinkle slightly lesser and that will result in your feet being less sticky, sweaty and smelly as the days go on.
Alternatively, put on a sock or stocking to increase the comfort level.
Qns: Can sprinkle directly on feet or inside socks? What if we don't wear the shoes everyday? Can still sprinkle the powder?
Ans: There are bacteria on the feet that are known to cause foot odor. Feet perspire naturally and produce fatty acids. In the warm damp atmosphere of the footwear, the bacteria feed off the fatty acids, multiply and give off the bad odor. The bacteria get into the footwear making the footwear smell. If you leave your footwear to dry for a few days the smell tends to go away. But when you put on the footwear, the warmth returns and so does the smell. So when you are not wearing shoes, there isn’t a need to sprinkle OdorPurge.
OdorPurge works by eliminating the bacteria that cause the smell. Sprinkle to the shoes worn daily, whether or not they are the same shoes you wear each day. The results are the same because OdorPurge works to eliminate the bacteria using the shoes as a medium. Continue to apply the powder each day for 14 days if not, until the powder is used up. It is important not to interrupt the 14 day (approx) programme, as this can dilute the effectiveness of the remedy.
Once the powder is used up, your feet and also the shoes you have worn during the treatment period will remain odor free for up to six months. If the smell come back, start the 14 days treatment again.
Just sprinkle the powder as evenly as possible throughout the shoes.
Qns: Can I use OdorPurge if I have sensitive skin? Also, if I have a cut at bottom of my foot, is OdorPurge safe for use?
Ans: If there's a cut at your feet, pls apply medication for your cut and cover it with a plaster. After sprinkle a little OdorPurge evenly into your shoe, wear a socks to avoid direct contact as the skin area may feel uncomfortable.
For Sensitive Skin, you may want to wear socks as a precaution and to increase the comfort level. Do remember, OdorPurge works well just by sprinkling it into shoes without directly applying to feet.
Kindly note that OdorPurge does not contain irritant chemicals. However, should rashes or skin inflammation arise, pls stop using and consult your doctor.
Qns: I have transferred money to the wrong account. How do I attempt to recover the funds?
Ans: First, delete the wrong payee that you had set up. Then go to the nearest branch
immediately to sign a form to recover the funds. Please provide our staff at the branch
with the following information:
* Date of transaction
* The account no. from which the funds were debited from
* The wrong account no. to which funds were transferred to
* The name of the bank and the branch the funds were transferred to
* The transaction amount
* The transaction reference no. (if available)
We will then attempt to help you retrieve the funds which were transferred to the wrong
account. |
