hi hi i do...was told to have it cos my body is too "han" and that i have brown spotting. but u shldnt take it w/o any advise ya. also not beyond 4th mths. i took only 3 to 4 times so far and can see the improvement as b4 it i always felt cold and have cold hands and feet easily...hope this helps  |

Best not to overdose on hearbal stuff and ginseng if you're unsure. I am also 'han' but I can't take too much heavy tonics. Just eat normal stuff will do during pregnancy and don't over-worry on diet. I ate as usual. |

Its better to consult TCM doctor before you consume any ginseng. |
