Hi,

I am a sub sale owner and submitted a few list of defect. I find that the defect team aka CRO is hard to find them call also no one answer. They keep ask me to sign and ensure they will do the job, but to my realise they did not do at all.

Wat can I do?

I find the management ppl are rather helpful as they cant do much for the defect.
How do you guys find the cro and management staff?
