also keen in infant care as an option since i guess it's gonna be real tough for my mum having 2 babies to handle.

starry, u mean for infant or playgroup? My son is at playgroup.. For ratio for infant I not sure cos when my son was infant was looked after by my mil. Now #2 will be due soon so sent #1 there.. I only know infant care is $1.8k and playgroup is $900. |

@andrea, yes this is my #1, so far @ every checkup (once every 2 wk), doc say my gal is breech. Tmr 33wk going checkup again, hope she has turned. Is it possible to feel if bb has turned? cos i can't tell, sometimes i feel her kick low sometimes high, but during scan she's always head up. =(
@sim, Fm wat i learn bb will turn head down first but not engage, so they can still flip ard, and nearer ~36-38 wk they will engage, meaning "drop" down into ur pelvis, by then they probably will stay head down...
i really hope for a normal delivery. |

Any other good recommendation beside aAgape & The little skoolhouse -In the tree? They are off our budget alot. After subsidy 600, still need to pay 900plus is over budget for us.

@arieswen: My gynae said that my b b head is engaged liao at 34 weeks so expected to deliver early at 38 weeks but my edd is early april 2011. Since ur edd is mid april, so need not have to worry. When the time comes, ur b b will turn naturally. Me is at jurong west st 64. Btw, I tot coconut drink shd b taken on week 36 onwards?
@winny: my gynae is Dr.John Tee in KKH. If you wana save ur waiting time, u can visit him in private suite.
@Idah: possible to share ur labour experience after u deliver? me actually very scared when the date is drawing nearer. |

@Idah: my niece did advise me to walk at least one hr everyday for the last mth if I gg to give birth. Maybe u can try it out.
@arieswen: u can try taking coconut drink from 35 weeks if u wana try. my chinese sinseh ask me to take half cup once to twice a week maybe coz my body condition is towards 'liang' type. dun drink it everyday hor if nt, it will be too 'liang' for u. |

@baby26: Me also mtb early April just like u. Engaged early may means my baby gal will b popping early than early April. Managed to pack my hospital bag jus yesterdae night. Yet to finish packing. Still taking my own sweet time. Do not get stressed about whether your baby is engaged now. I believed ur baby will ultimately be engaged. |

I've safely delivered my baby girl at 1.54am 9march2011..a total of 25hours of misery..coz my cervix dilate very slow..18hours of 'tahan' the pain without any pain relief only to know i'm only 3cm..no choice take epidural, then doc break my waterbag..induce labour..then cervix can open to 10cm..wah really suffer, feel like dun wanna give birth again... |

@ Kris,
my EDD is 25 April.. I heard a lot from friends that bb pop out earlier than EDD... I am wishing and told bb not to come earlier than EDD.. my hubby will be away on short trip @ week38.... fingers cross..
@andrea, you and me will be just a week difference... |

May, My edd is 29th.. U r first time mum? usually 1st time mum deliver near edd.. for my #1 I deliver on 36th week.. not accurate one.. let bb choose their birthday dates.. |

Wow!!! Happy to hear of so many babies popping and going -to-pop in the west...
My #1 is 6 yrs old this yr and just given birth to my #2 this Jan... Was considering infantcare for my gal initially but Agape is very ex... I am staying at JW St 24... Hope to know more mummies here... |

May, mine is Yeap ML. After 37th week consider full term le, bb can come out anytime.. but of course, the longer bb is inside, the better..

I have also heard about babies coming out before the EDD..What is the weight of your baby at 33 weeks? Mine is 2.01 kg and my gynae says she is underweight.. |
