Hi,

I am a vegetarian myself and wants to know if there are also ttc mums, or pregnant mums here who are also vegetarians?

I am still TCC... no much luck yet. Have your diet changed any bit after you are pregnant ? Any major objections that you faced?

Where is e brand of DHA supplement u all taking ah? I m taking VPure :D

Now worrying abt finding recipe for confinement... Lol

Hi ladies,

My edd is on 5 Jan '11. My diet still the same but have craving for sweets.

I am taking flax seed (subsititute of fish oil. it contains omega 3,6,9) + calcium pill + multi-vit (given my by gynae). Did i miss out any supplement? :D

Currently, i am finding veg. confinemnet receipt too. Will update u gals again.

Aside to ZuW, if you dont mind the long Q + brewing the chinese herbs. U can try Thong Chai Medical Institution (free clinic) (address:50 Chin swee Rd S(169874)under the infertility group. I got pregnant after seeing them for less than 6mths. (Is highly recommended by a few of my friends.) :D

I was vegetarian through pregnancy and breastfeeding son for 18 months. Catered yummy vegetarian confinement food in KL, since I delivered here.

Supplements taken: multi-vitamins, calcium and DHA (derived from algae), all cleared by ob-gyn.

I am a vegetarian MTB too. EDD 2 Nov 2011. Long time to go.. haha.. but soon time will pass.

Nimkulut, can send me vegetarian confinment food list? So i send to my mother to learn how to cook. keke... Coz she want to do my confinment for me. :-)

hi Luv, actually, i dun tink there is any food that boost conception. Is there any? Coz for me, i just take normal food and dun be picky. So anything also eat...

Hi ssbaby, thanks for your advice. i don't know of any such foods as i'm not vegetarian. but i did advised her to chart her ovulation cycle. hope she "strikes" cos she's planning for a 2012 baby.
