Went A&E KK ard midnight as N suddenly develop red patches all over the body and she keep scratching non stop and crying. Doctor says it might be due to the bubbles solution which I let her play yesterday morning. Only got home ard 4am and so tired today.

Let her drink glucose original whole day drink like plain water sure will bring down the fever. Must bathe her everyday as usual not like old people always say got fever cannot bathe. You will see the fever sure subside after bathing but must be hot water. That's what I did to N last week when she got high fever and it subsided. |

sigh sigh...Chloe has been telling me and again last nite that she dun wanna me to work..she wants me to take care of her and mei mei and ask daddy to stay in the office and work!!!
for the past 1 wk when she was sick...aiyo..so pitiful leh and made me feel so guilty and sad ... like did not spend enough time with her especially when C2 was born. Now I also feel bad that hv to leave C2 in the infant care at such a young age
also, not sure is it bcos of the med and that she has been sick..aiyo yesterday C1 was so naughty that I hv to cane her a few times She is getting sick and tired of the neubalizer that she scream and cried!!! My dad has to protect her from the canning that I hv canned my dad a few times instead...LOL ;)
can tell me wat to do.....now I hv the urge to resign n stay at home .......... my hb keeps telling me why I dun allow him to scold and cane C1...I said if u cane...sure hv blood!!!! Hb and C1 dun really gets along well liao........ |

nuah, shd be just a phase that C is going thru bah. she's been sick for some time le, mood also no good? when kids are sick, we blame ourselves for not taking better care of them. dun feel too bad okies? kids are very resilient, after a while they'll forget the negative episodes too. hang in there!!!
well, another alternative is to take a sabbatical and stay home for a while? the push factor would be your current job since you're not getting any satisfaction from it, can also consider stopping for while to take a break? if finances allow for a short break, then why not? C1 might also benefit from it too
hehehe, i'm still waiting for my turn. my SAHM plan has been put on hold for 1 year liao, really hoping i can quit next year for good :p errr, only downside is no more excessive online shopping!!! war har har |

yes the current job am not getting any satisfaction and am dragging myself to work and am not working 100% at all....I really hv no mood...bt am hanging till end of the yr if really needs to resign....will wanna get the 13mths bonus 1st ;) bt not sure if hb is ok....am also looking for part time job that I can work from home...at least still hv slight income even though not much..bt am happy if I can spend more time with the kids....also if really am not working then I will also stop letting C2 goes to sch till she is older like 18mths etc...save some $$ ;)
yes the downside is no more excessive shopping...that's why am buying toys for C2 now if I can...kekekeke..... |

To resign or not....after spending 2 years at home, I am too "comfy" to go back liao.
Yet I drag the day when I need to type my resignation letter.

i'm quite slack when it comes to their daily activities leh, already dunno what to do with them on stay-home weekends. mbb, what's a typical day like for you? sometimes i'm so nuah that i let them play masak masak on their own only. think i need to be more disciplined with their schedules! hehehehehe. next week my parents will go for a hol, so i'll be on call for childcare duty. better start digging out my activity stuff to keep them occupied! |

wow E is good leh....those sight word readers that u helped me buy...C1 is not interested at all C1 is learning her words and spelling from Dora, Diego, kai lan and princess books!!!! lol
as for activities, normally wkends I try to bring them out if possible....if not when we were still staying at PR...C1 will do her arts crafts, play or make cookies during wkends...
guess we will start to do tat again when we move. my hb and I noticed that C1 is more slack and no discipline when staying with my parents.... |

hehehehe, baking ah.... speaking of which, i was supposed to do baking with them yest but it was so hot. we ended up taking a nap instead! and i slept almost as long as them, wooooo... lazy bum bum!
we also try to get them out of the house one day during the weekend. if ah lao at home not so bad, got transpo. else we just head for the nearby malls w/o the car :p
i haven't given them the set of sight word readers i bot at popular. there's another 1 which is by Now I'm Reading! he hasn't been reading that set and usually it's C who will tote it ard the house like a purse. that's why i was quite surprised when he read out those words... he can recognise the words but dun know how to spell all yet, that'll be my next assignment! LOL

weekend is easy for me coz Meg have swimming & Berries on sat.
Sunday sch & playdate with cousins on sundays.
i am also very nuah nowadays.
heng Meg is older now...can do things on her own.
Meg's weekday routine:
wakes up ard 0900 - breakfast, reading session & watch TV (if she wakes up earlier, we go to the playgroud or go for a swim)
1030 to 1430 - at sch.
1530 to 1830 - snack time, reading session & nap time.
1830 - dinner
1900 to 2000 - playtime (at home or with neighbour's kiddo)
2000 to 2100 - learning time.
2100 - drink milk & oink oink time.
very boring de.
Nuah,
the hols was good. very relaxing.
eat, sleep & go to the spa.
super duper shiok!!
no income is enuff. earn more, spend more....tis year i cut down alot on shopping.
after awhile it sinks in and we get the hang of it |

Hehehe, okies lah. Will bill u ladies asap. This week need to clear my outstanding so I can go on leave. I doubt I'll get anything done next week with the kids at home and working from home. I have so many things to pack and clear, put on eBay also. Duh.... 没时间了。The good news is that we can finally proceed to hack the house! Woohoo! Things are finally moving after 4 months of inertia.
Mbb, thanks for sharing. I also need to move before implementing a fixed sleeptime for the terrors. Now their clock is haywire de, esp if they are at my ah ma's place. They only finally climbed into bed at midnight yest, wah piang. |
