I have placed an order for a car with Turbotots since the last week of Dec 2011 for my son's birthday in Jan. It is March now and I have to call many times to ask for the status of my order. In every call, I was told that I will be informed on the delivery schedule, but no one actually calls back.
I have left the similar message on their facebook, the posting was removed almost immediately. Just wondering if anyone else has the similar experience as me. |

Hi Larry, your postings were not removed, they're on the facebook wall - you gotta click the filter to show Everyone (Most Recent) to see them.. I see that you've posted quite a few.. but they only respond to potential buyers.. |
