hehe, i just put on my thick jacket.
freezing here also...
yah, i read that kids up to a certain age, can't remember 3 or 4, their brains are like sponges.
for my boy, i must say playgoup is doing him wonders.
he can recognise and say numbers and also some alphabets phonetically.
and he's speaking more words.
might still not be as "advanced" as others his age, but i'm happy! |

SD, tu lah. I think as enrichment ok. Kalau mcm 2nd Language takut budak tu tak boleh cope later in life. This way, she will learn it as a fun way.
I receive a flyer recently for Enrichement Mathematics class for Maya. Once a week thingy. Tapi kalau i masuk kan Maya, then she will be literally going to class everyday from Mon - Sun.
Mon - Fri (Masjid Nursery)
Sat - Mathematics
Sun - Tumbletots
Im trying hard not to be too kiasu.. LOL. Kesian anak aku yg stress nanti. |

apparently after you get voted off, you still have to stay and get to fight to get back in or something.

i swear survivor has gown the path of stunt-casting.
after 20 seasons, the people still don't know that they're only allowed to keep the clothes that they "came" in the 1st time?
i'm sure they purposely cast young sexy girls and have them "dress" in itty bitty things.
also i have a feeling that the last few seasons, they totally have "extra" not-seen "help".
maybe food ke apa.
cos if you noticed, the "survivors" now tak se-teruk the 1st few seasons.
this coming from someone from TV b'ground, so im a abit cynical.
but heck, i'll still watch la... |

hi athlete me and the baby are ok.. still recovering from a throat virus infection hee but one good thing is my appetite's returning so at least i'm able to eat and keep it down sometimes la.. sometimes still merlion hahaha.. but up till now still no weight gain for me...
oh and now that u mention it... i cant remember the last time i celebrated v day also... hahaha...

I find lady gaga very scary. satu macam. I mean her voice in Paparazzi was quite nice, lepas tu, entah apa2. And she just gives me the creeps. Ada tanduk lah, macam syaitan pulak. It's so scary what our kids are exposed to these days. Kain makin kurang, lagu macam hantu. Kalau semua orang suara sedap & pakai normal macam Bruno mars kan bagos. |

harlow everyone! i drop by kejap.. been a few days tak on pc and mainly access FB via mobile jer..
skarang i tgh mode exams again.. really can't wait for this to be over and grad.. after that can think of doing Masters but i'll take a break first la.. need to save some $$ before i can afford it.
V-day.. hmmm hubs will buy flowers and chocs w/o fail, its sweet and warming to get those but i told him last year that as Muslims we're not supposed to celebrate it and we didn't do any "celebration" since. but i still get flowers on my bday, thats more special than V-day

I go to Dr M! She's OK lah tapi her clinic is really full of Indian expats (and malay moms like me who went to Dr Aziz, lol). She's very experienced & I like that she's not the sort who's too by the book :D
There's another PD kat atas tau. Dr E.H. Low. Chinese Man. He's OK lah, cuma very hurried. Consultation pon tak mahal sangat, think only $35 gitu.
I think these 2 PDs charge very reasonable rates. I went to Kinderklinik or something kat hujung (same floor as Dr M). And it was really expensive. Obat fancy ape aje dia kasi tapi at the end of the day, babies really don't need fancy med which actually do the same thing as normal meds.
Have you tried putting California baby's calendula cream? Or ALoe Vera gel? |

Hello...
Supposed to be on leave today, but had too much stuff to do so ambik half day aje.
Sigh, this place, just becos I'm leaving, they're really squeezing me.
Sooo many projects this month!
And they don't understand that becos my contract ends Feb 28, the 6 week deadline, becomes only 4!
I swear I have more work this month then I've had the last year combined!

Anyway, just came back from NUH. Now heavy rain over in Jurong with thunder and lightning. Baby still not engaged. I tot the baby already was engaged. Tapi rupanya tanggapan ku salah.. LOL.
Anyway, enjoyed my early maternity leave. Sent Maya to school back and forth. Tapi ada ker patut, there was this makcik yg hantar cucu dia, ckp aku nie gemok ? She said she didnt know i was pregnant.. so upset seh. Bila anak dia dtg, i was like WTH.. anak dia pun gemok and ever pregnant.. Duh.. i tot dia biasa duduk dgn orang kurus sampai tak tahu bezakan... gemok dgn mengandung.. phui. Bingit. |

she has what i call "the no-maid syndrome"
the symptoms are "kepala mabuk, badan/kaki lemah".
she gets this whenever a helper baru balik.
hehehe. jahat seh.

My maid betul pekak ah. Smlm ada 3 tupperware nasi goreng. My mum told her to heat up all 3 and give my hubby bawak pergi kerja. Then i pun bilang dia the same thing. And guess what... this morning... i saw ada 2 tupperware in the fridge... she just heat up 1 and let my hubby bawak. |

its time for the govt to do whatever's necessary to curb the demand.
focus on developing more and better child/infant care facilties.
promote and inculcate a more pro-family culture at work.
