GOING!!!!! takkan tak go...wakakakaka..dah dapat confirmed bbsitter...Muse dont think going lah...greenday jer dah almost 300 let go ...sakit kocek hubby...hehe
This morning hilmi still cranky abt going school..the worst part is dat his cuzzin also having same prob..she threw a storm when the father wake her up for school...now thinking of changing to afternoon shift cos the makcik yg tolong jaga budak2 tu cakap morning memang busy cos a lotttt of kids...n the teacher cudnt handle all.....weird sehhh...i tot theres a quota...
so gonna try change to afternoon n see if it gets better or not.... |

Thanks...we're still waiting, but lucky my dad so far is ok... just feels tired aje.
Abt my job, I've decided to "upgrade" my skills by learning some new software etc.
Lucky I have some good friends who are willing to teach and help me with it for free!
So hopefully more doors will open.
Alamak, you tak dapat babysitter for your son pulak!
For me, since we moved, my mother insisted that my boy sleeps over at her place at least once a week.
So just nice, he'll sleep over there on all my concert nites, ahahaha...

eh bagus eh yr mom insist her cucu sleep there once a week! My mom, hmmmphhh...wait long long. The only 2 nites my son slept there was when I was hospitalised for the delivery.

Think if you go natural, healing is quite fast. Alhamdulillah, no major complications, asal boleh jalan, keluar kejap lah.
Pakai mechanical pencil sudah, tak yah sharp..hehee...asal Izzat jangan poke himself with it. |

San, if the school has a history of balloting even for 1km, safer to be a pv in order to grab a slot for your kid. But then again, PV pon kadang kena ballot ok, if the school's too popular. Last year, my ex sch had balloting for Phase 2B.
Nshah, you nak masukkan Irfan kat mana? The one nearest to your home ke?
As for me, I have till this July to register as a PV. Most likely will cos the school I have my eyes on already have balloting for the 1-2km range. Not being kiasu but if tak dapat, then must go through Phase 2C supplementary lagi pening kepala. If you guys are not pv or don't qualify for the earlier phases, think twice about applying to a popular school ok.
Btw, k.i.a.s.u.p.a.r.e.n.t.s have a link that shows the schools' balloting history. You can prepare yourself =) |

Maybe it wasn't clear enough, but if your child nak masuk P1 next year, memang registration for PV dah tutup. Yeah skolah tu just sebelah rumah baru I but that doesn't confirm a place for my boy in 2012, so die die must do PV. |

Sadly my place they said is within more than 3km..confirm tak bleh masuk!tak tahu la mcm mana

I dont think St Hilda's can get thru. kalau play with distance dah langsung tak dpt bau..
Anyway we cant go around applying for various sch. I read somewhere, the schools that we are applying will check the system whc sch yg kita dah applied for and chances to get into any sch will be tougher. Im not sure if this is right or not.
Lagipun, St Hilda's is a stress sch la better keep out! LOL.. |

memang some of the admin stuff in the sch pun turut stress if the sch is a good one thts y bila dgr parents calling to enquire abt future enrolment, they quickly hang up..to them agaknya "banyaaakk lagi benda aku kena buat sekarang, deni call tanya pasal perkara in 6 mths to come pulak. Kiasu!!"
LOL.. I also kena but i called up again and asked, who cares?! Its their job to educate us abt their system pe.. |

Really yr boy time infant pun tak suka the rocker? I hope my girl will be able to stay in there for at least 3 -4 mths more! Pas tu, tak tau apa nak buat dgn tu rocker. maybe convert to a chair for her brother.
I realised I ended up buying SO MANY things for my #2!! The playpens we used for #1 dah hand-me-down, dah buang. I bought 2 playpens this time (1 2nd hand, 1 brand new), I bought a rocker & a bouncer (yours, and a brand new one I bought cheaply through WTS). Haiz, ingat boleh save, tapi $$$$ keluar seh. Nasib baik tu Cot berbaloi. Bought at $100 2 1/2 yrs ago, sampai sekarang masih pakai. |

my boy when he was an newborn was really spoilt by my mum.
asyik dukung aje.
he refused to be put down to sleep,esp during the day, right until he was abt 3 mths or so.
but at night he's an angel.
he's been sleeping through since arnd 4 mths or so.
i would like to take credit for that, cos since born he slept with me and at night after feeding, i used to just put him straight down.
and as long as he's not crying, leave him until he falls asleep on his own.
until now, he sleeps from 7.30 til next morning.
so that's why if he sleeps at my mum's also, senang jaga.
how's little aiffa (sp?) doing?

the buyer of my previous place bought our flat cos she wanted to put her girl in the nearby school.
at that time her girl was not even 1 yr old and i thought that was pretty kiasu.
but then after reading all this, i'm thinking she's just v well-prepared! |

not going anywhere tonight, but my dad ada 8.30 am appt at SGH tmrw and i need to send him.
so since i have to be there to pick him up by 7.30, might as well my boy tidur kat sana.
plus my hb is on night shift tonight.
but hor, my mum bedek ah abt wanting her cucu to stay over once a week.
last week when i asked, she said only when and if i need to be anywhere early in the morning and when my hb's on night shift.
bestnye, boleh pick and choose at your own convenience... |

yup, i think i should really consider my self lucky that at least she's helping.
but i just wish sometimes she wouldn't make it sound like she's had to sacrifice alot just to jaga cucu.
re: mandarin
heh, i also tak tahu abt the p3 thing.
i know that as 2nd lang can be quite tough.
so maybe take malay as 2nd lang and take mandarin as supplement, so not so stress?
but this jiang hua yi for job requirement ni is getting out of hand me thinks... |

they can jiang hua yi meh????
and i am soo glad they getting those foreign "ahem" service staff to pass conversational english
last week i was at sportlink eastpoint
wah.. the lady cant even say a word just point point at the number to indicate shoe size... haiyah
my fault is it if i cant jiang hua yi with her?!?!??!? |

true enuff skang mana mana carik keje banyak alasan mesti pandai berbual tu...luckily for this conversational thingy got no test..just grade on how they perform jer i tink..i pon baru dapat form last week...
i see sareah macam kesian...tues, thurs n fri got remedial classes..then march ad on swimming on friday so it means she will be at sch from 7.30am-6.20pm....ni dia belum amik any cca...OMG!
since its a must for her to hv 1 cca...its hard to let her have sumthing she loves if the timetable doesnt match well for her hectic schedule....but if take on a cca she dont love its like she have to go sch early for the sake of the grading system ajer....haiz.... |

aiyah...abt the jiang huayi thing....i nampak kat razor tv kan..they interview org dari hotel yg i keje tu...lerr...i rasa diorang amik the best one...pasal everytime i ada problem berbual ngan org housekeeping..or watever department...then ada dah bertahun keje sana pon masih tak reti bual eng...nak tanya saper in charge macam boleh buat i terjun dari bilik tu jugak...hahahaha...gahmen boleh suruh n give instructions suruh org belajar but yg kena buat tu entah buat ke tak...
macam tak kasi letak ad carik cina bukan melayu, diorang tukar yg berbual cina...but at the end of the day...its the same old thing wat.... |

friday swimming start 7.30-10.30, class rem 10.30-12.00 ,sch 12.30-6.20..reach home by 7pm...
nak balik umah dah waste abt 20-30min of walking to n fro...quite a distance if walk...she's in p3 now..then die die she needs help in tuition, luckily her tutor can plan her days with me..like wic day she not tired to tuition...
how come ours doeast seem so stressful compared to their schedule now eh? |

sigh, really kesian kids nowadays.
my time, only had tuition and rem classes only from sec 3 onwards!
but what to do, the education system dah lain, more demanding , parents now are also more competitive and more involved.
and if you don't keep up with the "system", nanti the kids might be left behind... |
