Preschool Phonics, Creative writing and reading tuition

I need a sincere and experienced phonics and reading tutor for my 5 year old boy who still cant really read and write in sentences yet. Needs one who is experienced to teach him as he cant really spell and read difficult words yet. Still learning and reading pretty basic ones.

Budget 18- 20 an hour.

Jurong East is the venue.

Given the gender and the age, I think the progress is considered norm.

Writing in sentences is more late K2 which prepare the child for for primary 1.

Any phonic program would prepare the child for this actually, and it might also be done as part of some childcare or preschool curriculum.
