some methods include:
-massaging with warm towel; or during bath
-balanced diet
-plenty of fluids
-pump more and same amount of time each side
-latch on starting each alternate breast each session

Hi! You have to pump the left side longer so that it signals to your brain that more is needed. That saying, its normal for one side to produce a bit more than the other.

r u using single pump or dual pump?
if single u can consider latch 1 side & pump the other side.
this give signals to ur body that u r having twins & ur body should automatically produce more MILK!

alternatively, u can consider renting dual pump from me :-)

Hi mommy

Can try Super Chlorophyll. Im drinking it. Increase my milk supply plus o2 level. Tried fenugreek before, leaves a "curry" smell to my body. Ill recommend super chlorophyll. Like drinking plain water. just add a teaspoon of the chlorophyll pwder in a water bottle and u can drink it anytime any day.

I bought it from this person in facebook. may wanna check it out:

Pump after every other feeding. You will get a little bit at a time, and when the milk is cold, it can be added to the cold milk that you pumped previously. Or pump once a day after the first morning feeding and do the same thing. After saving milk for 3-4 days it can be frozen for future use.

It is the increased stimulation (pumping after feeding) that will increase your milk supply. You can also try oatmeal, or a Mothers' Milk Tea.
